The title of this work is based on a commercial for an ambulance call system for the elderly. In the video, an elderly woman writhed on the floor, using the product while calling for help and saying: "I’ve fallen and I can’t get up." Seeing a horse on the ground can signify that it is gravely ill or simply rolling around to scratch itself. Horses that are unable to walk are put down; a horse's life is valued based on its utility. She possesses the breasts of a young Venus, in contrast to an old horse.
